Conditioning for both Varsity and Novice teams begins in November. Be READY! This will run everyday until the season begins. 2019 start dates: Novice 11/21; Varsity 11/25
Practice is Monday through Friday, 3:15 to 5:30! Warm up begins at 3:15, so please be there, dressed, and ready to help set up the ergs.
Please bring athletic attire (no loose/baggy clothing, jeans, open toed shoes, or boots), a water bottle, and plenty of energy! Meet in front of the main gym, downstairs from the swimming pool.
Conditioning will be rigorous so eating a good breakfast and lunch everyday before practice is a must! Physicals are not required for Conditioning but go ahead and get a jump on them as soon as possible so you're not rushing in early February.
